Due to our international shipping process and partnerships with multiple global suppliers, we do not accept returns for any reason other than products being damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the product
  • Delayed delivery
  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer

📅 Return Request Period:

If your order arrives with any issue as mentioned above, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.


💸 Refund Process:

Once your issue is verified, you will be eligible for either:

✅ A replacement item (based on product availability)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 7-14 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.


🚫 Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.
After this period, if your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.

As we offer Free Shipping and partner with international suppliers, please note that returns of products back to our warehouse are not accepted.
In eligible cases, you may keep the product, and a refund or replacement will be arranged after proper verification.
